Some diners have noted that the atmosphere, while cozy, lacks a bit of fancy decor. Those looking for an upscale dining experience may find this place a little too laid-back. While the menu offers a plethora of choices, a few guests have mentioned the need for more vegetarian options. Parking can also pose a challenge during busy times, though the vibrant atmosphere compensates for this minor inconvenience. Lastly, wait times can be longer during peak hours, particularly during weekends, as it's a popular spot for locals.
Food is always amazing here. Service and atmosphere is great. I would 100% recommend for authentic Italian food.
This is our go to spot. Authentic Italian food. We love the pastries in particular
I had one of the best if not the best pizza this year at this café/restaurant/deli. Everything was perfect. Delicious toppings and outstanding pizza base! Perfect! This place is not fancy but sometimes it's the simplest places that offer the best food.
Authentic Italian restaurant with the most unbelievably delicious dishes. Highly recommend the Zuppa di pesce and pizza! What lovely service also from the owners. Will come back for sure!
I had an excellent pizza for lunch here the other day. Typical menu you'd find at an Italian cafe/restaurant. Would definitely come here again.
Walk into this cafe and what you see and smell tells you it's real Italian food you'll be eating. My usual breakfast is coffee and a pastry. The sfogliatella - with it's thin, flaky pastry layers and delectable sweet, lemony ricotta filling is perfect. Come lunchtime try the pizza slices - fresh ingredients, wide topping selection and at £2.50 a great deal. Staff are efficient and friendly and the facilities are accessible.
This is my go-to place for simple tasty lip-smacking authentic Italian food. Service is always warm and friendly. My husband's favorite is the zuppa de pesce while mine is the linguini alle vongole
